ManyVids' Sex Positivity Center Offers Info on Sexual Well-Being

MONTREAL — ManyVids has launched its Sex Positivity Center to provide honest information about sexual well-being.

According to the company, it was founded with an explicit social mission to remove all stigma surrounding sexuality, pleasure and erotica; and wants an end to the shame and silence that often overshadows discussions about everything connected to sex and sexual expression. As advocates of this mission, ManyVids wants to help spread accurate and helpful information about sex, porn and pleasure.

“The content on MV is adult entertainment, and it’s called ‘adult entertainment’ because it’s precisely that — entertainment that adults watch for their viewing pleasure,” an MV rep explained. “It isn’t sex education, it doesn’t dictate what sex can be like in the real world, it is fantasy.”

To address these issues and more, ManyVids launched the Sex Positivity Center as a new resource for boosting sexuality and happiness through information about sexual wellbeing; the differences between porn and real-world sex; the importance of adult media being only consumed by adults; sexual expression; relationships and more, to start an important conversation within the adult industry.

“ManyVids believes it’s the entire industry’s responsibility to find solutions to protect and educate young adults about adult content and people of all ages about sex positivity,” the rep added. “This is a bigger conversation and an extremely important issue; this goes beyond companies competing with one another. This is about making a positive change within the adult industry.”

“It’s ManyVids’ dream that this information is shared and spread throughout the online world,” the rep concluded.
